Shellora ("we", "us", or "our") provides a mobile app for browsing and ordering phone cases and accessories. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Shellora, you agree to the practices described here.
Account information. When you register or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. You may also save a device model to make future checkout faster.
Order information. When you place an order we record the items purchased, the contact name and phone you provide, your shipping address, any delivery note, and the order status.
Wishlist and preferences. Items you save to your wishlist and the style or shade selections you make in Studio are stored with your account so they follow you across sessions.
Support communications. If you contact us, we keep the messages and the information needed to respond.
We do not collect payment card numbers. Shellora uses cash on delivery, so no card details are entered or stored in the app.
